The contract says that the premises is under video surveillance, and they advertise that they are safe and secure. However, our camper was broken into and it was then that they decided to be honest and let us know that where they had directed us to park our camper was NOT under video surveillance. "Nowhere is completely secure." is what the owner told us. They are not honest people and did not care that all our belongings were stolen.
1 of the best storage facilities around. Was working nights around the time I rented my unit, was unloading during the day and had an emergency call. At this point I was rushing and completely forgot to even close my unit back, it was wide open.... They closed it for me and put 1 of the locks they had on it and held it until I could get someone there to get it situated. Worked very well with me even being on a night shift schedule.
