I have been with freeman lawyers fro a while and the have successfully made various agreements and I have been happy with Duc Phan. Recently (over the past couple of years I am guessing) they have had a receptionist that is extremely rude, speaks in a passive aggressive, manner and says she is going to call you back and then doesn't (and then blames another staff member for not doing it).
