Avoid at all costs! Dishonest, unethical. Wouldn't honor their end of the agreement and wouldn't take responsibility for their blatant undermining of our deal. I should have know that a 5th rated company in such a small town would mean we should avoid them. They charged more than the rate we agreed and still didn't do the job we agreed on. Be sure you stand over them and watch every move they make or they will cut corners.
