Friendly environment. Brought my $600 zales engagement ring, less than a year old, in to consider matching wedding bands. Offered $40. Since when is a diamond alone only worth $40!? You dont even get lab grown for that amount! Its also yellow gold, not sure where the experience in the figure came from but it makes me question all the jewelry.

My dad took a watch there to be cleaned. They had it for 2 months after constant calls and visits he received it back.The watch band was still dirty and the watch didn't look as it had been cleaned. It was a self winding watch, now it no longer self winds. Discovered that the guts of the watch had been switched out to a different brand.

These are the worse kind of people to do business with, they trick you with their nice lady attitude but turn around and treat a buying customer as if they are stupid they sell you things at a high price when you ask why it’s o the gold price is high now but when you fall on hard times and bring it back now it’s they say it’s down and offer you a disrespectful price avoid these people please it’s no fairness here
