These are the worse kind of people to do business with, they trick you with their nice lady attitude but turn around and treat a buying customer as if they are stupid they sell you things at a high price when you ask why it’s o the gold price is high now but when you fall on hard times and bring it back now it’s they say it’s down and offer you a disrespectful price avoid these people please it’s no fairness here

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I am truly disturbed and upset with the kind of treatment i received from the jewelry repair man Johnny! My necklace was dropped off 2 weeks ago for repair and I was told I would receive a call when it was ready for pick up. I did not receive a call and went in to see if the necklace was ready. Upon speaking with the repair man, I let him know I lost my receipt and provided my ID and phone number which essentially is the same info on the receipt.
