Kenny came out and had us up and running in no time. He did a thorough check of the system and explained everything that was right (and wrong) with the system. 10/10 would recommend!

The kind of customer service you rarely find these days. Two days before Christmas, I called Freeman Heating and Cooling because of an irregular noise coming from our home HVAC unit. Two very helpful technicians were at my house within the hour of my call and resolved the issue, but what stood out the most was the experience they shared with my son. After coming out about 8 times... They said it was 2 things... Both fixed and still had issues. System only 10yo, and $1500 later...not fixed. Another company came out and fixed the issue in 20 mins for under $200 for part and labor. Goodbye forever. Williams in Wayne is the place to call
