Horrible. The nursing staff on the third floor needs to be sent to a Civil War clinic to saw off legs. I was stuck a DOZEN times bc no one knew what they were doing. My arms look like I was in a car wreck. Upon removing my IV, I began gushing blood all over the floor. I live an hour away and tried to get my prescription at my local pharmacy and it wasn't there. Called the hospital and they said I didnt sign the right paper. I had to drive an hour BACK in excruciating pain to sign one sheet. I will bleed out internally before... read more

I was at north west, won't say why until I make a complaint with hippa it's one most mismanaged hospital the nurses were as rude as I have ever seen. The doctors disrespected me. But if you say something could be felony so instead of getting in trouble go and get some help call Hippa they can do something about what the problem is. Hippa makes these hospitals do things right, and they will take your complaints, don't let them bully you aroud only gave star to get reviewe there is no star for them

We had to take my Husband in this weekend- chest tightness. We were in and out in about 2 hours(blood work, chest xray, EKG, meds), I was so impressed. Even better- OUR PROVIDER. Kathryn Hutchinson PA was PHENOMENAL. You could just look at her and tell she actually cared. She was not there just doing a job, not tired or annoyed- she truly cared. I have working in Healthcare for YEARSSS now and I have never seen nor worked for a provider like her. I would LOVE to go back to working respiratory just to work alongside of her.
