No communication, no help I tried to use this local company. Literally 4 blocks away from me. They use a 3rd-party call/reservation service that never lets you directly talk to the 'tech.' And I had a 3 hour window(12-3pm) that was started by a 2 hr booking window (10am-12pm) approximately. And never once did I get a check-in from Freeman Handymen. I am a pleased client! This group of very fine and highly skilled workers are honest, careful and willing to listen to all concerns. They respect cost to the consumer and are very personable. Any type of refurbishment can involve some stress and challenges, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that they'll be the one involved!!

The techs came out to fix my door same day when everyone else couldn't get to me for several days. Made sure everything was cleaned up properly when they were done. Even pointed out some stuff that I needed contact my home warranty company about without trying to up sell me on anything. 5 stars, would hire them again.

I have used Freeman Handyman & Remodeling for various projects over the past 3 years, including tuck pointing, painting, and installing a basement door where there was none. Every job was handled professionally. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Freeman Handyman & Remodeling.
