Although I called for service in Waynesville NC, the first available appointment was a week after my call. The technician arrived on time and fix the problem quickly. When I asked him to check the tank to see if I needed a refill, he said that I needed one and that he would put in an order. After that, I received a telephone call from someone who advised me that I needed a safety check since I had an ordered propane for four years when I told her that that was impossible, and then I had receipts to show that I had purchased ... read more

Same experience that many here have stated. Poor communication and response in every aspect of this company. Ordered a delivery over two weeks ago, still waiting and running low on gas. This is really unacceptable for a service company.
