I called and that’s a joke cause you can’t get ahold of someone ! When Freeman got bought out they have went down hill bad, can’t keep help ! I’m ready to change companies! And when I called a week ago and told her I was low they didn’t come out until 8 days later and my tank was empty, they charged me 150$ for a leak test and all he did was put a gauge on the top of it ! Ridiculous !

I switched my business to Phillips and Lawing Propane in Chesnee SC 29330. I was with Freeman gas for many years. Their service has really went downhill and their prices are the highest in Spartanburg Co. Their billing is off and never question that with them or you will be met with a rude woman with a useless boss! Since switching to Phillips and Lawing propane, I’m completely satisfied! I get top of the line service met with a smile. CHEAPEST on the gas in town!

I was a customer for many years before they were purchased. Once they were purchased they told me I needed to add another gate to my fence to continue service. Once I did that, they told me they needed to move my tank because it was too close to something else. I gave up and found another company that actually works with their customers. Now, to try to get them to remove their tank...what a nightmare!
