Bought a house recently and had the service switched over from the previous owner into my name. One of the representatives came over to my house and told me that I needed to pay X amount of money, even though the propane tank was just refilled and paid for. Made us prepay for propane and have not delivered over a week, ran out of propane at 25 degree weather. Customer service is horrible. Stay away. Switching over from this understaffed utility.

Out of gas for a month now. Had to purchase an electric water heater because they would not come fill tank.

Big yard full of trucks and tanks but found the office and got my tank refilled quickly.

Although I called for service in Waynesville NC, the first available appointment was a week after my call. The technician arrived on time and fix the problem quickly. When I asked him to check the tank to see if I needed a refill, he said that I needed one and that he would put in an order. After that, I received a telephone call from someone who advised me that I needed a safety check since I had an ordered propane for four years when I told her that that was impossible, and then I had receipts to show that I had purchased ... read more
