I was a customer for many years before they were purchased. Once they were purchased they told me I needed to add another gate to my fence to continue service. Once I did that, they told me they needed to move my tank because it was too close to something else. I gave up and found another company that actually works with their customers. Now, to try to get them to remove their tank...what a nightmare!

Bought a house recently and had the service switched over from the previous owner into my name. One of the representatives came over to my house and told me that I needed to pay X amount of money, even though the propane tank was just refilled and paid for. I was leaving for work that morning and told him not to go onto my property or mess with any of my stuff until I talk to someone and figure things out. Made us prepay for propane and have not delivered over a week, ran out of propane at 25 degree weather. Customer service is horrible. Stay away. Switching over from this understaffed utility.

Out of gas for a month now. Had to purchase an electric water heater because they would not come fill tank.

Big yard full of trucks and tanks but found the office and got my tank refilled quickly.
