Drove an hour to our appointment and was 13 minutes late due to traffic and going to the wrong counter at first. Freeman has a 15 minute grace period..... lady at counter said well looks like that appointment was at 2. The doctors time is very valuable so we had to cancel it. Took 9 months for this appointment. This is the reason why Freeman sucks!!! Mercy is 1,000% better in every way. They actually care about the people as I have yet to meet a Freeman doctor than did. Was we still 13 minutes late. Have been here twice and treated well both times. Appointments are hard to get but I found that Jordyn will do her best to get you in as soon as possible. Only one Dr. so you have to be flexible. Dr. is professional and efficient.
