Yea this place was absolutely disgusting when we moved in! 128 marimon Avenue. Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! I told the landlord Joe Etta Wiclyff and the property manager Ann about them and they tried to say it wasn’t there before… yet we haven’t even moved our first furniture or anything in the place yet! I took photos and everything and they still tried to act like they didn’t know. They are rude and absolutely the worst landlord I have EVER rented from!
