Our experience with this event was extremely disappointing due to several issues related to communication, organization, and safety. First, the communication regarding crate pickup was inconsistent and unprofessional. We were initially informed by one of the workers that our driver needed to be checked in by Friday, 11/7 to retrieve our crate. On June 28, 2025, we faced every exhibitor’s worst nightmare at the Javits Center: six critically important boxes mislabelled and lost—vanished into the abyss of a bustling expo floor. This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. They provided the worst support imaginable and charged an absurd amount of money for a booth that looked cheap and thrown together. Communication was completely unreliable — they didn’t inform us in time about extra space for banners or branding opportunities, which was a massive missed chance to improve our presence.
