Not sure if it is the Des Moines station that was handling events in KC, but they have been unorganized and difficult to work with. Supposed to have picked up at 8 AM, still not picked up after 6PM. Seems to happen with every show I've had to deal with them. Any other freight service company there may be a wait, but not an all day wait.
These guys know what they're doing. I worked w/ Chris, Jay and Steve. They care about setting up, tearing down, and making sure everything was done correctly.
