Warning!!!! My daughter rents an apt. at the Howard St Apts in Boone, NC. She is a hard working student at Appalachian State University and has had nothing but trouble with the management company there. Freeman and Co. takes little interest in what their management companies are doing, our should I say not doing, with their properties. I have never seen more "ill equipped" management and owners.
