If I could leave a 0 I absolutely would. If you’re on the fence about renting these duplexes, DONT! Not only do they know there’s deadly mold, but they won’t do anything about it! They brought in a contractor and he told them there’s a gap in the siding and that the mold is probably everywhere! He recommended all the drywall be replaced. They fired him and just painted over the mold! Now they’re trying to raise my rent knowing our house needs immediate repair! Awful people!
