I put off writing this for about six months, but I'm still struggling from my experience here. I was seeking help with some trauma and EMDR therapy was recommended by the therapist. So I transferred to another therapist that specialized in this treatment and started seeing them for months. I was at a loss when I contacted Freeman-Burchfield. I won’t go into the specifics but they were absolutely my last hope after trying different options for years and I had no idea how this would go. This group brought in my kiddo and placed him with a Therapist that he loves!! It has taken some time but the light is back in my kiddos eyes and he is thriving. I have an open access insurance through my job that pays directly to the places that we as employees go to. It also means that no one, and no where is out of network. This location basically told me that "the clinic has the right to choose what insurances they do or do not take" and they denied my insurance and told me that I could pay out of pocket. What a joke for a place that is supposed to be HELPING people.
