I am in the beginning stages of Parkinson’s with hand tremors. Dr Freeman prescribed Carbidopa-levodopa. • He did not tell me that Carbidopa does not effectively treat tremors and even worse, that Carbidopa can cause long term side effects (Dyskinesia) equal to or worse than PD. • He did not tell me that after approximately 7 years, Carbidopa is no longer effective.
