Had a great tour here, along with a couple of excellent cocktails. Highly recommend it as a stop if you like spirits. The gins stood out, but the rye was quite good too. Pro tip: if you're traveling, they have a store in the Portland airport so you can buy bottles without checking them in baggage.
Forest fairy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - loved how refreshing it was - usually don't like the forest gin on its own but this showed me how it's supposed to be used Golf cart bandit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - bf said it's light, I thought it was a little heavy - fruity BlackBerry smash ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - thick and fruity, so good --- panini --- Fig ⭐⭐ - perfectly toasted - little too sweet - prosciutto slices were way too thick, I couldn't chew them
A great place to have a sandwich and try some local Gin and whiskey. The best part of this place is the staff, who are absolutely great! Relaxed atmosphere, quality drinks and just generally a lot of fun.
