You can never get an appointment when you need one, they do not call back with any test results. My son was turned away from his scheduled appointment because Jessica was too busy talking and held up the line and then told him he was 10 minutes late and refused to let him go to his scheduled appointment. Meanwhile she screws up everything she does. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful.

They wouldn't even treat me for the pain Sent me back to the ER who also wouldn't treat me, sent me to my Dr., who wouldn't treat me! Not even enough pain mgt. to get me through till my ortho appt in 3 freaking weeks The nurse was rude to my pain. Her name is something like Nyla NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER
