Taylor at the front desk has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me! I never feel rushed or pushed aside with anything I may need help with. Taylor is always so kind and caring. I also want to thank Jessica the NP for taking the time to truly listen and help me as well. She does her absolute best for me and she has been one of my favorite providers in 54 years. These two get 5+ stars from me and I’m very thankful and grateful for the two of them!
I took my 3 year old son in for a check up and immunizations today. I had the best experience with all of the staff and was overwhelmingly impressed with Jessica Strzynski’s care. They made my son feel comfortable and confident. They also made me feel reassured as a parent, respectfully asking me questions and making sure to provide me with any additional information or answers to questions. I highly recommend. 🤍
Soooo this morning while on the phone to my pcp’s medical assistant (Billie/ Billy, not sure of the spelling), I felt like a kid again!……She talked to me like my ADHD diagnosis and symptoms are somehow my fault, just like my old elementary school teachers used to do. By far the worst experience I have had in my life. I would not recommend them for anyone! I've tried for months to see someone and they never have time for me, even with a high blood pressure problem. Their response, "Go to urgent care."
