I made an appointment to drive a car they had advertised at a certain price but right before I go into fianance office to buy car I'm told the car is $2000 more expensive. The salseman had the website up showing the same car at the lower price but tried to explain that price wasn't valid and the at was only available at the higher price. I walked out and will never go back. Stay away from this place; horrible part of Nashville anyway.
I don't know if it's just the person I had seen and spoken to, but I had a horrible experience. He was rude, lazy, and not passionate about selling cars what so ever. I called to manager to explain how I had been talked to and the service I received and the manager, instead of being apologetic and losing a customer, he sided with his sales rep stating he understood him. Maybe it was late in the day and they weren't interested in selling cars that day.
I purchased this dealership at the end of October 2008 and it is now named Freeland Chevrolet. I welcome anyone that had a bad experience with the previous owners to contact me directly and find out how we do business. We actually have the highest rating from the BBB and our team will work extremely hard to meet your needs.
