When I found Freelance and talked to Rick, he made time for me that day and immediately started testing. It turned out that I really did need a new battery, but all of the other problems were resolved when the new battery was installed and at a fraction of the previous quotes I had received elsewhere. Bonus: Rick’s Mesa location made it an easy trip to drop off and pick up my computer. Thanks, Rick for being so quick and fair and for carefully explaining every step.
Rick, was excellent in redoing my computer, since I was hacked and a virus was on it. He is reasonable on cost. Rick does have monthly payments for when you do have a problem with your computer in the future. Rick listens to your problems and works on that. I recommend Rick to anyone that does have a problem with their computers.
I am so happy I discovered Rick and his company Freelance Computers. I spent many hours trying to remove a virus from my computer and finally gave up and searched out a local company. I talk to Rick and immediately felt confident in his ability, and I also felt comfortable leaving my computer in his hands. Rick is the guy to call with computer or printer problems. Very knowledgeable, super reasonable, prompt and friendly.
Rick help me get my PC together and did case swap i was embarrassed in doing myself I tried i couldn't do it but he did everything im coming back again in the future for upgrades im very very grateful Rick :)
