Rick was able to revive an older (2014) laptop better than a lot of stuff on market today, even by current standards. Now it is faster, has no garbage on it, and better operating software. Reasonable price also. He even came by to make sure everything plugged in okay onto WIFI.

Rick is one of those rare computer guys who can instantly diagnose the issue. It's like the guy is a reincarnated horse doctor from the 1800s. Absolutely the best computer technician I have ever worked with. Recommend highly!

When I found Freelance and talked to Rick, he made time for me that day and immediately started testing. It turned out that I really did need a new battery, but all of the other problems were resolved when the new battery was installed and at a fraction of the previous quotes I had received elsewhere.
