Rick is an absolute gem! I was fortunate to find him on Google several years ago. I used another firm prior to Rick, that doesn't even come close to what Rick can do. He is a gentlemen and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I use Rick for all my business and personal computer needs. Rick was referred by a friend so I gave him a call. He came out the same day and fixed my printer problem immediately. Nice guy, great customer service, a real professional. I highly recommend him!
Rick was really great and fix my computer screen. He answered the phone and was prompt with giving us options. After the accidental drop he was able to get a new screen and helped navigating a couple other issues so our computer could perform at max! Thank you! Totally recommend if you have a computer problem to give him a call.
Mr. Hill did a wonderful job in checking my laptop for viruses and what I needed done to make my laptop run more efficiently for me. Got rid of unnecessary apps, etc. He is very personable and has many years experience in what he does. I will definitely call on him again whenever necessary. Thank you for all your help!
I'm a guy that has to have "my guy (or gal)" for everything. Rick was great. Could have gouged me and I wouldn't have known. Professional, honest. Long overdue on review, but tonight I've got some questions....and I've got a guy for that. You should too..
