Ordered flowers for a patient in the hospital. They changed the delivery date on me. I called the number at the bottom to check in on the confirmation of delivery and the flowers and stuffed animal I ordered for the patient. She answered the phone with an attitude from the beginning and then hung up in the middle of me trying to ask her a question on delivery date. DO NOT order flowers from here. Absolutely a scam. Hideous flowers - tons of green filler leaves, babies breath, and crushed / wilted dyed blue mums. Called to discuss a replacement and they don’t pick up their phone. Would give zero stars if I could.
Scam, do not do business with them. they register under a bunch of “local” florists around holidays at locations that are not actually florists. (Such as Mexican restaurants)
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Freehold Flowers and would strongly advise against ordering from them. I placed an online order with a specific delivery time request, which they confirmed. Given the nature of the occasion, it was important that the flowers arrived on time.
