Truely unprofessional, whoever the new stylist is diamond or miracle. Yea don’t book her and she don’t refund you when she cancels on you!

I gotten my hair done by Ky Arie last week, boho knotless. My appt was set for 9:45am, she didn’t get there til 11am. She was updating me which was the only professional thing she did. We didn’t get done til 12am. I had to stop 4 times and walk 5 mins down the street to pay for a meter. Parking is terrible. Then she kept stopping to text and take shots. This is not a reflection of the business but of the stylist,Ky Arie.It took her over 6 hours to put 53 braids of various sizes in my head; more in the front than back in my head. I didn’t notice until I got home. I messaged Ky with a video of my head and her option was to add boho hair, which I knew wouldn’t cover her braid flaw. I requested a refund and she has ignored me.
