Highly pleased with my visit. A few days ago my regulator broke on my driver's side window from an oil change that was done when I was at Walmart, they couldn't fix it because the are not a full auto shop, bummer. Called up several places for a quote to make a claim, and Freed's Automotive was available. To anyone in the Fond du Lac area - if you're not lucky enough to have a family member who works on your car, definitely bring it to these guys! They have far exceeded my expectations on both occasions we've dealt with them! They're super nice, patiently explained to me exactly what's happening with my car, and their fees have been incredibly fair. It was seriously a blessing to work with these guys, as frustrating as car problems can be.
I can't say enough good things Freed's Automotive. I bought a new vehicle in Waupun and got a flat tire 20 minutes after purchasing it. It was late at night and had the vehcihle towed to Freed's. In the morning I called Freed's and they fixed my tire. After leaving Freed's my tired started deflating again a few miles out of Fond Du Lac. I called Freed's up and they came and helped me back to their shop where they fixed the tire a second time free of charge. Unbelievable service!
