this is an absolute joke of a complex... the place is an absolute pig pen. the place does not have a maintenance person so everything is either filthy or broken, the rodent and bugs are a huge problem... the laundry facility is so disgusting that you are better off going out in town... the management is horrible , the district manager is a bully. the rules only apply where they see fit... this place is the worst place I have ever lived. I love living here! The property is beautiful and the manager is great. She has been a big help with our transition to Kerrville. The residents are very nice and helpful as well.
