It has gotten so much better, with the staff in the front office not standing for tenets, drama , games, and rule breaking. The maintenance side is quick. They give tons of notice before fixing things, and on the rare occasions that it can't be fixed that day, our maintenance guy will fix it right away.

I thought Jerry Brown s job was building maint. Not security , hall monitor , and parking lot attendant.He basically does what he wants and don't think he has to answer to anyone, you never see him maintaining the building at all he comes to work at 4:00 am makes coffee turns on the news and watches it leaves at 12:00 sometimes 1:00 latest 2:00 . we have gardeners take care of grounds and parking lot professional cleaners take care of office cleaning they hire professional construction company's fix whatever goes wrong all h... read more
