Worst apartment in the whole town. Manager is horrible and old. Cockroaches the first couple of weeks. Then my deadbolt broke and I was locked in my apartment. Then the brand new refrigerator they put in my apartment when I moved in was leaking refrigerant and they yelled at me because I didn't report it right away. I had no idea it was slowing not holding it's temperature! Horrible manager.
Delivered food never been in one they look nice on the outside
Amazing experience throughout my time of living here. The move-in process was quick and easy. Any inconveniences I've had in inside the apartment were dealt with in a swift and professional manner. The people that live around me are almost all well behaved and nice due to the land lords being careful on who they sign a lease to. The rent here is the most affordable and fair considering the size of the apartment and the applianced that come with it.
