This place is well taken care the property manager maintains it well Jerry does a fantastic job and takes care of everything by himself it's quiet and very clean been here 6 years best place to rent in mountain home
Worst apartment in the whole town. Manager is horrible and old. Cockroaches the first couple of weeks. Then my deadbolt broke and I was locked in my apartment. Then the brand new refrigerator they put in my apartment when I moved in was leaking refrigerant and they yelled at me because I didn't report it right away. I had no idea it was slowing not holding it's temperature! Horrible manager.
