Id put a zero if i could.I had an appointment scheduled to get a new windshield wiper arm, they had lost my ticket while i waited there for 4 hours and come to find out they didn’t even have the part in to do the repair. Embarrassing how poor communication their team has.
Called them. Gave them my vin and they were so incompetent they never found pricing or anything for me. Awful

I am a bit disappointed with the Freedom Chevrolet service department and expressed frustration to the service manager and the tech with little resolution. I purchased a camera thru the Chevrolet website and scheduled an appointment for 9:30 and was told it would take only an hour. I left my truck and went to work for the day.
