There is no after hours phone number. If you’re experiencing any problems with the app, you have to wait until the next business day to talk to someone. I did experience knowing a caregiver that was not paid for their time. I am not a fan of Freedom care

Freedom care is a well-organized establishment the employees are very helpful they found me a CPR teacher that is coming from Phoenix to my house to train me at no cost I'd recommend Freedom care to everybody and am presently helping build their business by telling other needy people about their services thank you Freedom care Rob.

I just started working as a home health care provider 4 weeks ago, but so far, Freedom care is a Great company to work for. I get paid on time, every week!

Always messing up our schedule and pay. We called.. texted and emailed our case manager who didn't reach out to me till AFTER I called the main number and inform them we were going through another agency since our case manager hadn't returned any of our calls and messages in the past 3 weeks. My aide tried to switch her days for later in the week once due to her and her child being sick.. it said she had no available hours and deleted the hours for the days she was scheduled to work.
