dining service and care are great
I am so grateful to the housekeeping staff, particularly Jennifer, for going above and beyond to help a resident at FV with her deep cleaning needs. She restored the resident’s kitchen to brand new condition, sorting and disposing of food that expired, disinfecting and cleaning, organizing and repurposing, the place looks wonderful, and I am confident that the resident will now be able to use her kitchen safely. Thank you, Jennifer, you’re the absolute best!
I joined the Housekeeping staff here at Freedom Village almost 5 yrs ago. It has been a pleasure to get to know the Residents and clean for so many of them since I started. This is a great community to live at with exceptional care at all levels for the residents when they need it. Freedom Village has so many opportunities to offer for the Residents. Great staff!
We regret ever buying into Freedom Village. The sales team did an excellent job of painting a rosy picture, making it seem like we were investing in a facility that would make life easier and provide a wide range of reliable services throughout every stage of care.
