Title insurance is worthless if the title company representative is too busy with other closings to help you when you have a serious issue. I am extremely disappointed in the service from Tiffany when I reached out to her (multiple times) with an issue regarding how my paperwork was filed when I purchased my home. When you’re in a bad situation regarding the ownership of your home, it would be nice to know that the company who facilitated the transaction is in your corner. Would not recommend.
I love Tiffany and Lacy and group! They took such great care of me, my husband and now my sister! They are such fun and the job gets done.
I recently had to opportunity to work with Tiffany and Shannon on a transaction and highly recommend this dynamic team. While I certainly found them to be customer focused, going above and beyond, they were just as responsive and accommodating with their professional partners. Not all title companies are created equal, it's so important to have a good team in place. I would recommend them without hesitation and hope to work with them again in the future.

Told me I'd receive my funds in about an hour, I emailed 5 hours later and they stated they missed the deadline to wire the money. Didn't care to let me know. When I asked when it would be transferred, they acted like it was an inconvenience to let me know. Despite it being over 24 hours after closing with no funds transferred. Buyers realtor chose this company, otherwise, I would have chose to go to a company that has better communication.
