If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband called a week before requesting to make an appointment to install my tires he paid in full to be delivered there. The lady on the phone said they “do not take appointments and do tires all day” so come in anytime. The point is, we live 30 minutes out and didn’t want to sit there all day. Horrible customer service. I had tires shipped here. A week in advance I asked to make an appointment. The woman stated no we do tires all day. No need for an appointment. My wife drives half an hour there on her day off the only time she could do it which was in the morning. She then is told they’ll get to it this afternoon. What? We do not have all day to wait for you to put them on. This is why I called a week ago to try and prevent this from happening and you made my request sound irrelevant. I got my tires changed and that went well. However, I also got a U-Haul which did not go so well. The truck was pulling to the left really bad and I told them about it they said they haven't heard that complaint tell the next people. Also my passenger mirror was pointed out way too far and wouldn't stay. I Ask the mechanic to fix it and he tried screwing the plastic piece that covers the bolt. I wouldn't recommend them at all I wouldn't even rate them the lady at the desk is rude and a b'''' never heard of any truck not compadable to get a car dolly. Then was told one price on phone get there it was totally different.
