Had knot in sidewall of tire, had to replace tires quick. Got quoted for toyo tires, which is my preferred brand and got my car down there and they did not have the toyo tires.They instead wanted me to put generals on the car in which I did, because I had to have them replaced or risk blowing a tire. I was looking for a place to check out my tires, but I did not have an appointment. I found Freedom Tire. Patty greeted me with a brought warm smile, listened to my complaints, and made suggestions. She was able to take care of my issues. Very clean place and an eclectic and warm waiting area. I felt right at home waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Thank you, Patty, for all your help.
We loved them! Everything about them. They were super nice and very considerate. I actually enjoyed hanging out in there with them. We will be going back to them in our future!
