The lady working there IS RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I had ordered a very expensive exhaust system to this place of business to have them install it. The 1st system was missing parts so I had to have Jegs order a 2nd system & obviously return the 1st. When I explained to the lady at desk her exact words to me was "so are you USING US for a mailing address" & she was clearly being hateful even though I explained it.
