If I could give one star I would smh this is the most unprofessional business I ever seen! Russell filed my taxes FEBRUARY it’s now AUGUST!!!! he put a 2023 w2 on a 2024 tax return. I’ve been trying To reach him to do an amendment, but the first time I seen him was the last time I seen him. I assume others had Similar problem cause his phone mailbox is full! He’s not at office at all I went there almost everyday but office is locked with lights off. Crazy part I paid 450$ for all of this mess.
Will not return no calls no messages Russell is not a good person and he's done this to me twice now I will get the BBB involved and IRS involved and so forth. All he has do is hit a button He has WW2 forms and everything he needs and says he's going to file but he never does and does not return my emails or phone calls
Russel has been my CPA since 2000 , from personal to small LLC construction company and this guy is a total bada**, extremely knowledgeable professional who not only know hows to naviagate in the financial sector but with these ridiculous govt entities if needed as well . Out of 25 years i went to other CPA’s / tax preparers twice and that infidelity cost me a lot of money . I’ll be with Russel till he’s no longer in the business .
