Quite honestly the best decision I've ever made joining Natalie's Freedom Studio. The name speaks for itself really! It's so freeing and makes you feel so lively!! I personally do one pole class a week and have a pole at home to further teach myself the moves we've learnt. I feel like after every single class I leave and I learn many different moves in the one class which is so helpful. After 8 weeks of class I feel so confident on the pole. Our girls love the kids pole fitness, they have such a fabulous time every session. They have also gained so much strength since starting. Natalie & the team are lovely and so friendly, the whole community is a beautiful vibe 💚
