The management there is horrible. She complains about everything. They close at 9pm and if you are still there, you are locked in and it’s a violation no matter the circumstances. Very unprofessional, very noisy, very rude, and will terminate your contract for any little thing possible.
Came in, explored options, booked storage and got the code. Tonya went above & beyond with professional service.
Cathy was so incredibly helpful when we were deciding between units and places to trust to store our stuff. She showed us a few sizes we were deciding between along with a tour of the place and how much security they really have. I feel completely safe with my items being here and I know they are being looked over by this amazing lady!
