Excellent service from beginning to end! Freedom Solar were a pleasure to work with - honest people. We installed solar panels with Franklin batteries. It took us a long time to decide which company to go with but we chose Freedom Solar because they gave us great advice in the planning stage, showed patience as we tried to compare systems and different companies and came up with a very competitive price at the end. Freedom Solar is everything you might want from a solar installation company! They were prompt, thoughtful, timely, patient with my questions, and budget conscious. After the installation they stayed with me through the entire process and made sure that I understood all that was taking place, how to interpret the new data from the app, and how to interact with PGE with the various options. I am not sure what else I could have asked for and am extremely pleased with our purchase.
I called this morning to go over a mutual customer of ours , I have been calling for several days asking for Rich - he is always out. Immediately the person on the other end had a sarcastic attitude???? I explained the situation, we are trying to install a new roof, on a roof they have their equipment. The questioning from the person was defensive, again I have called several times, the person even chuckled when they found out the mutual customer, why, our mutual customer is a sweet lady?? Its totally dark - and some creepy guy named Brad showed up banging on our door at 8 pm, totally freaked us out, demanding to talk about solar. Brad, go away. Completely inappropriate. Wrong. Door to door weird way of stalking customers.
Freedom Solar put panels on our roof January, 2024. They were great from start to finish. The installers did careful and aesthetic work. We did not have any easy roof!!. We are seeing the benefits now with our pg&e bill.
