The team at Freedom are hands down customer focused and fantastic. I was in from out of town visiting family. It came to my attention that a family member’s scooter was in desperate need of new wheels and batteries. I was able to stop in and speak to someone about how to figure out the model and then worked through email and phone calls to get the right parts ordered. Absolutely amazing!! I had no idea such a company like this existed ! I called and spoke with Cammy ( hopefully spelling ur name right). She was so helpful. She explained to me about what they have and how things work. I planned a day to go there, and was able to learn more about what they offer. They have a few options. You can purchase which item you need or, if available they can let you loan one. Most insurances take days to approve and this beats having to wait around.
