Walked in this morning looking for help in obtaining a walker for my sister in law. He was on the phone and said to me "What do you need" in a very disrespectful tone. No welcome, nothing. Zero customer service and I won't be back and I will not be sending anyone there.
I dealt with Oakley on the phone very nice to talk to i explained what I needed he said no problem set up an appointment for someone to come check it out at my house so I didn't have to go there and they did the diagnostic next day call me give me my two options and it was fixed that afternoon didn't just say oh it has to be replaced was able to fix it before dealing with freedom I had to go all the way to Lakeland i live in Zephyrhills any future problems with my scooter hopefully it isn't any I will definitely be dealing w... read more
