Excellent service and I would highly recommend buying an RV here. Kelly was very knowlegdeable about RVs and got us just what we wanted. Walk through was friendly and thorough. Jerry and Scott made the paperwork a breeze. Thanks:)
Kudos to the Parts and Service department. We were walk in customers passing through, and they treated us like family. Got us on the road. Just like Freedom RV in Tucson, where we bought our motorhome. Looks like this company has a culture of customer service. Love it!
We bought our RV about a year ago & have had a couple things needing to be fixed. We have had wonderful service & really appreciate how quick we have had the repairs done!!! We will definitely come back to shop & buy our next RV from Freedom RV!
We have had an abysmal time with Freedom RV of Liberty Lake, WA. We inked the deal 68 days ago and we still don't have the trailer. It needed some repairs and a couple of upgrades. That took 5 weeks. Even then not all the repairs were made. We got it home only to discover that it leaks in the rain. We took it back and after nearly two weeks they still haven't started repairing it. They say, very indirectly, that they are too busy getting new units out the door to work on warranty repairs.
On July 19,2017 we went to Freedom RV to look at motorhomes. After 8 hrs. non stop deliberation, we felt like hostages until we signed the contract. The contract was not clearly explained. On two occasions we asked if this was a state, that after we got home, could we change our mind. Both times we were told no problem. We were told the coach would be ready 7-10 days. Visiting in the area from Texas, attended their RV show and came away with a new motor coach, very pleased. They let us stay on location for five days while we moved our personal items from our fifth wheel over to our new home on wheels. Our salesmen were great and I can't say enough good stuff about their friendly and efficient technicians. Also a big thanks to Tara. Great job everyone.
I had amazing service today from Amanda at the service desk, to Brandon & Rodney in the shop/yard. Those two men went the extra mile today to make sure my hitch was at the proper height. They even brought me a cold bottle of water while I waited (it's hot out!). Finally, Ryan Church, also in the service dept. spent a lot of time explaining in great detail the warranty work I'd had done. I felt listened to and satisfied that the service had been completed properly. My experience has been a great one.
We were traveling from California to North Idaho in our Newmar motor coach, and the water pump to our household malfunctioned so we really needed help because we'd planned to dry camp in several locations. Freedom worked us into their service schedule for the coming week, and took care of the repair in one day. We took a day sightseeing in Spokane while the repairs were made, and were back on the road by the early afternoon. Freedom service folks treated us like family.
