Josh the sales rep was great, if he didnt know something he would find out, not make something up. He had to deal with my 3 grandchildren ages 8 to 11 as they had a big part of in the choice and was a pro. The management and service staff has also preformed about expectations to this point
Pros: they expedited delivery of my Jayco Camper and gave me an excellent familiarization walk around. Josh, Jeff, and Keith were awesome. Cons: Watch yourself with the regional manager- he’s a predatory salesman. Go in with someone knowledgeable so you don’t get charged for nonsense inspections disguised to be in your “favor”. While I do have the warranty, the quality inspection was substandard, and for a new camper, it should have been cleaner, and delivered in better condition.
Great buying experience. Josh got me a great deal on a trailer that suited my needs and the finance department found a good rate. Service did a great job getting the rv ready on short notice. Definitely will be back when I choose to upgrade.
Liz, Was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, did exactly what was requested in a timely manner. Mo addressed a potential hitching issue, carefully explaining the correct procedure (which was not explained when I bought my R-POD at another location) allaying my discomfort of not knowing the correct way to hook up a weight distribution hitch. Clean, neat well maintained operation that I will remember next time I need maintenance or repairs. Ken Harris
Unfortunately had a bad experience buying a brand new trailer for the first time. The trailer had so many problems with it and it was brand new never been used. I was told that it was “normal” for brand new trailers to have problems that’s why it is important to use my One Year warranty while I had it! Seriously!!!!! I’m not retired and only got to take my trailer out a couple times in that year. Luckily I got a lot done under the warranty but dealing with Liz was a nightmare!
