Whoo Hooo! Got our camper back yesterday. Im going to praise Sky River Rv. Mgr Joe was our guy there and the most amazing and friendly guy and kept us updated every step of the way. We had a pretty big repair to the cabover section including the window (water damage), toilet repair, outside lites, outer sides and roof seam sealing. Our first RV purchased at Sky River RV with Ozzy was a success. Everything From start to finish was a great experience. Ozzy was very communicative during the process. The tech Gary, who did our final walk-through was informative. Julian made the finance aspect breeze. The whole Sky River RV team is amazing.
Mauro and Oscar in the service department were super helpful. They worked with me step by step to solve the problem with my Reflection RV refrigerator. Super smart. Super helpful. Super nice. Highly recommend this team. You will not be disappointed.
Wow! Sky River - Fresno is great! I had a great experience buying a travel trailer for our family! We worked with Ozzy, who was very responsive and answered all of our questions. He even called us back several times on his days off. This trailer is the 3rd trailer we've owned, but our first new trailer. (I wish we would have brought our previous 2 trailers from them.)
