Great buying experience. Josh got me a great deal on a trailer that suited my needs and the finance department found a good rate. Service did a great job getting the rv ready on short notice. Definitely will be back when I choose to upgrade.
Liz, Was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, did exactly what was requested in a timely manner. Mo addressed a potential hitching issue, carefully explaining the correct procedure (which was not explained when I bought my R-POD at another location) allaying my discomfort of not knowing the correct way to hook up a weight distribution hitch. Clean, neat well maintained operation that I will remember next time I need maintenance or repairs. Ken Harris
Unfortunately had a bad experience buying a brand new trailer for the first time. The trailer had so many problems with it and it was brand new never been used. I was told that it was “normal” for brand new trailers to have problems that’s why it is important to use my One Year warranty while I had it! Seriously!!!!! I’m not retired and only got to take my trailer out a couple times in that year. Luckily I got a lot done under the warranty but dealing with Liz was a nightmare! Very good place to go, look at trailers or fifth. Wheels, we enjoyed the walk through. We enjoyed the trailers, we got to see rvs, we got to see the fifth wheels. We got to see very well.Respected there...
Unbelievable professionalism and goes out of their way to be accommodating. We moved items from one motorhome to another. They brought the rigs in the bays door to door. Josh, our salesman went out of his way to be helpful, moving items with us and staying late to do so. He was very professional and made sure everything was handled before we left.
