At first, the roofing company was fast and we thought efficient. There were a few damages, but they were eventually fixed after weeks of waiting. Then some of the shingles covered over roof vents, and that had to be fixed. Then, and this is the biggest problem, all the vents had screens in them, so condo owners have had dryers quit working or clog up.
