Refused to see me for my appointment, won’t sell me the medical device I need, and refused to provide any guidance on what else I should do. They wouldn’t even talk to me beyond that. Truly, it’s amazing how a place can find a way to lower the bar on customer service, when my expectations are already so low. It’s not a limbo, don’t be afraid to go over the bar!
The manager who called to set up my cpap was rude and didn’t give me the correct information. Seemed bothered to call me to set an appointment. The place doesn’t look inviting. No one was upfront to help. The lady who helped with getting everything set up was the only nice one. Other than this.. if there is another location. Go there. Even when you call when they first open you’re on hold for a long time.
Haven’t experienced the issues with parent company others have noted, but the staff at the Parham office is top notch. Friendly, helpful, patient. Thank you!!
Freedom Respiratory has been my mother's oxygen provider for over a year. The customer service personnel consistently handle weekly orders and any issues that arise professionally and courteously. Interactions with delivery and warehouse staff are always pleasant as well. The outstanding customer service from everyone we have encountered at Freedom Respiratory is much appreciated. Thank you!
the folks at Freedom Respiratory are nice enough, but the Aerocare/AdaptHealth company that owns or supports them is impossible to work with. I've spent the last year calling them to resolve my account.. they paid in full so I wouldn't have to deal with their disorganization and inability to work with anything my insurance company has sent them.. and they still keep trying to bill me and take money out of my bank to this day.
