My aunt passed away and Kris Childress had the nerve to say they weren’t give 30 days notice so no deposit back! Also how you going to change the locks when no notice of eviction or notice of entry was given?!?!
Why is it that when someone passes away unexpectedly they must give a 30 day notice then you change the locks. Isn’t there a way to let the family retrieve those belongings? It’s already hard enough to lose a loved one then to put the icing on the cake now there is no “one last smell” or to be able to have those physical memories or “this was their favorite thing”
