I just received letters from this company offering to buy my rural properties for less than 4% of the assessed tax value so I assume that they are a predatory company. If this is their normal behavior then they prey on land owners with financial difficulties. I would give them less than a zero rating for their unethical behavior.

Horrible property management company. Suggest changing the name cause I will not recommend this company to anyone I know and love. I would give it zero stars if it was an option. That company needs a complete overhaul.
