Words cannot begin to describe how good Dr Shelly Reed is at what she does. Unmatched and extraordinary only scratch the surface. There were times in sessions where I felt beyond hopeless and like I could never shake free of whatever it was that I was dealing with, and her vast knowledge and insights somehow knew what methods to use to help me. I have grown immensely and found deeper freedom thanks to Dr Reed's expertise, and I am eternally grateful.
Absolutely saw growth and applied skills in my youth throughout their time with Traci. Would highly recommend to any parent or person seeking DBT insight.
