I contacted them to see if they could help me. I have disabilities with limited energy, and I don’t have the money to spend on an expensive appointment, only to find out they can’t help me. Words cannot begin to describe how good Dr Shelly Reed is at what she does. Unmatched and extraordinary only scratch the surface. There were times in sessions where I felt beyond hopeless and like I could never shake free of whatever it was that I was dealing with, and her vast knowledge and insights somehow knew what methods to use to help me. I have grown immensely and found deeper freedom thanks to Dr Reed's expertise, and I am eternally grateful.
Absolutely saw growth and applied skills in my youth throughout their time with Traci. Would highly recommend to any parent or person seeking DBT insight.
