Peter is an amazing, super grateful for the quality he puts into his prosthetics and making sure you are taken care of.
Edited::: please read my update!!! These guys REALLY stepped it up! Perhaps me or my wife should have asked to talk to the owner(s) to begin with! Peter and Sean drove all the way out to our place and did a fully custom fitted boot/shoe for our boy! Their prices are comically insane. 3x higher than any of the previous 8 prosthetics I've purchased. I could have bought a few used cars for the same price. Think about the "what ifs" in life before going here. You might find out why healthcare has completely forgotten about the patient. Anyone walking, or hopping, in or out of the door of this place is a dollar sign, nothing more.
Received new foot. Has already changed my mobility a 100%. I can walk smoothly, took pain from lower back. I sit here crying with gratitude that I've became closer to being more mobile and at from pain and discomfort. Thank you Peter and freedom prosthetic.
If I could give half a star I would. I don't usually say much if I don't like a place. But these people were completely ridiculous! Very terrible customer service, instead of owning up to the issues they continued to put in a false front (pretending they know what they are talking about) I'm sure they have helped other people, but they ought to own up to when they don't have any one that specializes in a certain area.
