I went in to get them to install a chain on my *** rc390 and four rides later the chain snapped. I took it back to them thing no big deal just replace it with a better chain. They need a chain guard because the broken chain damaged that and it took them over 2 weeks to get the part in. After picking up the bike and taking it home I discovered that it was leaking oil. Would definitely give less than a 1 if i could. They had a bike listed at **** on their website for the huntsville location, i got approved and went in to buy the bike and when they brought me the paperwork to sign they wanted ***** down and 250 a month for 36 obviously not bad at math realized the numbers didn add up, looked at the breakdown and realized the false advertising scammers are trying to take me for a cleaning with charging over ****** for the bike when i brought it up the genaral manager said you really didn exp... read more
I paid $500 down in a $10,000 used motorcycle in Ft Worth. I postponed picking it up in person 2 weeks due to a personal matter. Drive down to pick it up to find that not only was there no one to help me in sales. They actually tried not to make eye contact. When asked person finally arrived he showed me outside to a bike leaking oil in a puddle with rusted bolts that was nit even detailed. No service had been done. I have never been so insulted or disappointed with a dealership before.

Purchased a dirt bike for a 12 year old boys birthday. PAID CASH. got it home and it was too small for him, we were advised that we could return the bike and get another one by our sales **** ******* Upon returning the bike to upgrade. On 05/24/2021 Me and My wife purchased a Polaris Slingshot. We were not aware of any Promissory Notes. This mean contract in there language. The problem started when I opened the paper and it had $30,548.01. On Saturday, the most recent day freedom power sports of Dallas was open, I purchased a KAYO 125 dirt bike. Where I messed up was not knowing the **** of the bike, even though I asked the salesman multiple times and was not given the actual msrp of the bike. They wrecked my vehicle and did not let me know! After dropping off my vehicle for minor covered service their shop was broken into and my vehicle was used to break the gate down.I had to call in 2 weeks later trying to pick up my vehicle to find out it had been in a crash and they had left my keys in the car.They wanted me to file an insurance claim with my company.
