Do not install a pool with this company. They are unprofessional, and you’ll end up paying far more than the quoted price. After signing the contract, over the course of four months, several different people came to survey the site. They said that there was a power pole at the entrance, requiring a larger crane and traffic control, and that the soil under the pool was unstable and needed reinforcement, which would cost thousands. I highly recommend Freedom Pools. Shopping for a pool is quite a difficult process especially when you have so many companies to choose from however Freedom were great to deal with from start to finish. The kept us informed throughout the whole process and we had no issues at all. Best price and service was great

Disorganised, unprofessional, lazy - literally had cash in hand to purchase a pool from these guys. Although after two weeks of chasing them to literally give them 45K I gave up and went elsewhere. If it was that hard just to buy from them imagine how hard it would be to deal with them throughout the install process.

Still waiting on reply, criminal, watch out for these salesman everyone. Leave you in the trenches if you where at war . Hate to see them at home, obviously no mirrors . They sold us a pool with Osmosis( pool cancer) sent a technician around to check, he said it was Osmosis and he had not seen this in a very long time.( on video) They have not sent report through, will not answer us.
