Not Happy Very satisfied with the contractor hired by Freedom Pool Svc who installed the pool....excellent job & easy to work with. Not impressed with Freedom Pools customer service. Glad the pool is in, but will not spend another dime with them for supplies. Very disappointed since they came highly recommended by friends who had used them for their pools and service. :-(
good business This business is well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. I bought a hot tub from them and have had no problems with it whatsoever. They delivered in a timely manner. Have a good selection of pool items also.
Pools & Service I purchased my pool from them about 3yrs. ago. They have always been very friendly and helpful with any problem I had, such as with opening/closing questions and general maintenance. The owner is usually available to personally assist. Great customer service and very down to Earth people! Lisa P.
