Have had Freedom for awhile and they’ve always been great but today was the first time I’ve met Alexander C. And he was fantastic. He was the tech who came to my house today in Salem. I had an initial consultation for an unidentified critter problem and Justin came out to do an inspection. He was very thorough and identified potential areas of entry, took pictures and scoped the accessible areas. He summarized his findings, concluding that there were no active nests and offered some helpful tips. There was no pressure for additional services. I found him very professional and would definitely call Freedom Pest Control if I have any future pest control needs down the road.
We truly had the best experience with Dave F today. He was very thorough and so kind and knowledgeable, and truly took his time to listen to our concerns and take care of everything that we were worried about. So thankful that we had him to help us with everything! I highly recommend freedom pest.
Do not recommend for bat removal as we still have bats active in our attic. We were told that they would use the one way window process and it’s 100 percent effective. Clearly it wasn’t 100 percent effective or entry points were not sealed off or it’s trapped in the attic. Bats are a protected in the state so now we are left with nothing to do til may . Completely unacceptable the company won’t even come out to look in the attic for missed entry points.
