Have had Freedom for awhile and they’ve always been great but today was the first time I’ve met Alexander C. And he was fantastic. He was the tech who came to my house today in Salem. He was extremely thorough, professional, and outgoing throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated the time he took to carefully inspect everything and explain each step of the process. Do not recommend for bat removal as we still have bats active in our attic. We were told that they would use the one way window process and it’s 100 percent effective. Clearly it wasn’t 100 percent effective or entry points were not sealed off or it’s trapped in the attic. Bats are a protected in the state so now we are left with nothing to do til may . Completely unacceptable the company won’t even come out to look in the attic for missed entry points.
Really disappointed with our service the last 6 months with freedom pest control. :( we discovered we had a bat and bat bug problem in our house in the spring. We signed a contract for a bat exclusion and bat bug treatment plan. When the bats were to be excluded the bat door was initially put in the wrong spot, trapping the exit of the bats. This caused them to come into our living space every night over the course of 4 days in an attempt to exit the house. The first bat hid in the house and a technician was able to find it... read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you! These folks helped me out a a jam. I had plumbers at my house making repairs and they cut a hole in a wall and disrupted a yellow jacket nest! Freedom Pest arrived 60 minutes later and eradicated the nest allowing the plumbers to finish their work. I really appreciate the fast response during peak insect season!
