Parts I ordered did not come with the necessary hardware and were not compatible with the factory hardware. Instead of apologizing, Freedom Off-Road tried to deny my return request by saying the hardware was provided. Idk why we needed to complicate things here. Could've just sent the hardware or accepted the return. Not sure why they thought this was some sort of negotiation.
Great Service and Very Kind, so happy and excited for my lift kit
There are some positives. Customer service was great . Products themselves were the same as generic Amazon. All control arms and springs are produced in Taiwan. Fabrication and finish coat are adequate, if not durable. Showing signs of use or chipping from delivery. They will do the job, but they are the same product found from multiple suppliers all over the internet. Use caution. Ram 1500 rear arms and springs. (3" springs/all 5 rear control arms )
I purchased a basic 4" lift kit for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4xe. I was very impressed with the quality of these components, especially considering the price point. Once installed, I further purchased additional things such as extended sway bar end-links and adjustable track bars. Freedom Offroad customer service gave me great advice based on my needs.
