2010 Tundra Lower Control Arms Product itself is great and exactly what I was searching for at a good price, packaging was wildly inadequate & needs immediate addressing by the higher ups, customer service was great for the most part and they worked with me through the situation and I was issued a partial refund for the damage and troubles. Poor quality, poor customer service, incorrect website information, and no accountability. Rock Auto is a better option.
The customer service from this company is unmatched. Had a small problem with bushings on struts that I ordered and Freedom Offroad went above and beyond to make it right. That is almost unhreard of these days. I would highly recommend them.
Parts I ordered did not come with the necessary hardware and were not compatible with the factory hardware. Instead of apologizing, Freedom Off-Road tried to deny my return request by saying the hardware was provided. Idk why we needed to complicate things here. Could've just sent the hardware or accepted the return. Not sure why they thought this was some sort of negotiation.
